$750 to $2,500 per month

Pricing is based on the complexity and volume of your business, not on how many emails we send or how many reports we generate.

What Your Monthly Fee Includes

1. Monthly Bookkeeping & Compliance

Included in your monthly fee:

  • Categorization of all business transactions

  • Reconciliation of bank, credit card, and loan accounts

  • Chart of accounts setup and ongoing cleanup

  • Monthly Profit & Loss statement

  • Monthly Balance Sheet

  • Month-end review of balances and categories

  • Year-end financial package prepared for your CPA/tax preparer

2. Automations & Financial Workflows

Included:

  • Setup and maintenance of core financial automations:

    • Missing-document reminders

    • “Books are ready” notifications

    • Internal monthly close workflows

  • Automated refreshes of your dashboard data

  • Basic rules-based categorization where appropriate

  • Ongoing tuning of automations as your business changes

  • A custom-built dashboard (Looker Studio or Google Sheets-based)

    • Simple comparisons vs last month or last year

How Your Monthly Price Is Calculated

Every business is different. Your exact monthly fee depends on the complexity and volume of your situation.

We'll give you a clear quote before you start.

We look at:

  • Number of bank accounts and credit cards

  • Number of payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, etc.)

  • Quantity of monthly transactions

  • Number of entities/companies

  • Complexity of revenue streams (simple one-service vs many products, locations, etc.)

  • Any special reporting requirements (e.g., basic classes, locations)

Simple example:

  • 2 bank accounts, 1 credit card

  • < 300 transactions/month

  • 1 payment processor

  • 1 entity

→ Likely in the $750–$1,000/month range.

More complex example:

  • 4 bank accounts, 3 credit cards

  • 1,000+ transactions/month

  • Multiple payment processors

  • 2 entities or multiple revenue lines needing breakdown

→ Likely in the $1,200–$1,800+/month range.

You’ll always know your monthly fee before we begin.
No surprise add-ons, no “gotcha” invoices.

Cleanup & Catch-up Work (One-Time Fee)

If your books are behind, messy, or partially DIY'd, we'll bet everything caught up and cleaned up first, then move you into the monthly system.

Cleanup pricing ranges:

  • Light Cleanup (1–2 months behind):
    $500–$1,500

  • Standard Cleanup (3–6 months behind):
    $1,500–$4,000

  • Heavy Cleanup (6–12+ months behind, multi-entity, high complexity):
    $4,000–$6,000+

What cleanup includes:

  • Bringing all transactions current

  • Fixing miscategorized transactions

  • Reconciling missing months

  • Cleaning and simplifying chart of accounts

  • Resolving duplicates and errors

  • Preparing a clean starting point for ongoing monthly service

How it works:

  • We review your current books.

  • We outline exactly what needs to be done.

  • We give you a fixed or tightly estimated cleanup fee.

  • We complete the cleanup before starting your monthly rhythm.

Optional Add-Ons (If and When You Need Them)

These are not required to get value from the main system.

They’re here for when you’re ready or if you have specific needs.

1. Additional Automations & Workflow Builds

If you want more advanced automation beyond the core workflows, we scope those separately.

Examples:

  • CRM → QuickBooks automation (e.g., from HubSpot/Close to QBO)

  • Automated invoice reminders

  • Time tracking → QBO integration

  • Advanced custom dashboards (multiple tabs, entity/segment breakdowns)

  • More complex Google Sheets integrations

  • Multi-system sync pipelines

Pricing

  • One-time automation builds: $300–$1,500 per workflow, depending on complexity

  • Monthly automation monitoring/maintenance (optional): $99–$250/month

2. Additional Entities

If you have more than one company/entity:

  • Additional entities: +$250–$500/month per entity (Depending on complexity and transaction volume)

3. High-Volume Bookkeeping

If your transaction volume is unusually high (e.g., e-commerce with lots of micro-transactions):

  • We may add a high-volume fee to account for the extra data processing and review.

We’ll discuss this upfront before you commit.

What's Not Included in the Monthly Fee

To keep your service clean and focused, some things are explicitly not included in the base monthly price:

❌ Payroll processing and HR admin
❌ Full-service bill pay (A/P)
❌ Collections or A/R chasing
❌ Weekly CFO strategy calls
❌ Legal, HR, or compliance advising

Good news:
We’re happy to collaborate with your CPA, payroll provider, or CFO when needed.

Commitment & Billing Details

Initial Term:

  • We recommend a 3-month initial commitment.

    • Month 1: cleanup + setup + onboarding

    • Months 2–3: stabilize + refine dashboard and automation
      After that, your service continues month-to-month.

Billing:

  • Billed at the start of each month

  • Cleanup fees may be billed upfront or split (depending on scope)

Payment Methods:

  • ACH / bank transfer (preferred)

  • Credit/debit card

Pauses & Cancellations:

  • You can cancel with 30 days’ notice after the initial commitment period.

  • We’ll provide final reports and ensure a clean handoff if you ever leave.

Why is this more expensive than a basic bookkeeper?

What if my transaction volume changes?

If your business grows significantly or changes in complexity, we'll revisit pricing, but always with a conversation first. No surprise billing.

Do you offer one-off projects only?
