Light Cleanup (1–2 months behind):
$500–$1,500
Standard Cleanup (3–6 months behind):
$1,500–$4,000
Heavy Cleanup (6–12+ months behind, multi-entity, high complexity):
$4,000–$6,000+
What cleanup includes:
Bringing all transactions current
Fixing miscategorized transactions
Reconciling missing months
Cleaning and simplifying chart of accounts
Resolving duplicates and errors
Preparing a clean starting point for ongoing monthly service
How it works:
We review your current books.
We outline exactly what needs to be done.
We give you a fixed or tightly estimated cleanup fee.
We complete the cleanup before starting your monthly rhythm.
These are not required to get value from the main system.
They’re here for when you’re ready or if you have specific needs.
If you want more advanced automation beyond the core workflows, we scope those separately.

Monthly automation monitoring/maintenance (optional): $99–$250/month
If you have more than one company/entity:
Additional entities: +$250–$500/month per entity (Depending on complexity and transaction volume)
If your transaction volume is unusually high (e.g., e-commerce with lots of micro-transactions):
We may add a high-volume fee to account for the extra data processing and review.
We’ll discuss this upfront before you commit.
To keep your service clean and focused, some things are explicitly not included in the base monthly price:

We’re happy to collaborate with your CPA, payroll provider, or CFO when needed.
Initial Term:
We recommend a 3-month initial commitment.
Month 1: cleanup + setup + onboarding
Months 2–3: stabilize + refine dashboard and automation
After that, your service continues month-to-month.
Billing:
Billed at the start of each month
Cleanup fees may be billed upfront or split (depending on scope)
Payment Methods:
ACH / bank transfer (preferred)
Credit/debit card
Pauses & Cancellations:
You can cancel with 30 days’ notice after the initial commitment period.
We’ll provide final reports and ensure a clean handoff if you ever leave.

If your business grows significantly or changes in complexity, we'll revisit pricing, but always with a conversation first. No surprise billing.
We occasionally handle cleanup-only or automation-only projects, but the main focus is ongoing monthly service. The real value is in consistency, not one-time fixes.
