Kellcat Bookkeeping is a fully remote bookkeeping company located in Littleton, Colorado. We are on our mission to empower real estate investors and small business owners to have confidence and peace of mind through clean and accurate financials to help them to make good informed decisions for their business.

We understand and appreciate that each business is unique. Because of this, we tailor our solutions to each business. We strongly believe in long-term partnership with each client for best possible experience. We don't cut corners, and we don't give up.

We specialize in bookkeeping for real estate investors, small businesses and non-profit/community associations that use Quickbooks Online. We strive for excellence while valuing simplicity, efficiency, timeliness, quality and excellent communication.

For your information, we do not provide tax or audit services. We can recommend other accounting firms for these types of services. We are committed to being the experts in Quickbooks and bookkeeping to help small businesses and real estate investors.

Our Team

Brian Kelly founded Kellcat Bookkeeping, LLC with an idea of maximizing the use of technology and easing the burden of “keeping the books” for small businesses and real estate investors. The purpose of this idea is so the real estate investors or business owners can focus more on what they are most passionate about and have more time to focus on other aspects of their businesses.

Brian is a certified Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor and bookkeeping professional. Prior to establishing Kellcat Bookkeeping, Brian first developed his accounting experience from working for his mother’s small CPA firm as a bookkeeper and tax preparer/Enrolled Agent. It was where he found his passion for empowering small business owners to reach their destiny with increased profitability and more time-saving through accurate financials and streamlined bookkeeping.

One thing separates Brian from other bookkeepers: Born deaf, Brian communicates through cochlear implants, lip reading and American Sign Language (ASL). Through modern technologies, social media and closed captioning, he enjoys helping people with attention to details to their books to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency for their businesses.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, doing home projects around the house, hitting the ski slopes ripping up the snow, and pursuing fun adventures out there in the Colorado mountains and other places.
